The Floral Portrait- How to Order

	The bouquet must be kept cool and dry -do not spray with water or place in freezer. Place in plastic bag and keep bouquet in refrigerator until ready to mail.
	Prior to mailing, remove from plastic bag, tuck tissue paper in among flowers and wrap entire bouquet in tissue. Do not mail with bouquet in plastic bag.
	Place tissue-wrapped bouquet in a regular shipping box and tuck newspaper around bouquet so that it is secure and does not move.
	Boutonnieres and moms' corsages should be wrapped separately in tissue and clearly labeled.
	Label bouquet with bride's name, address, phone number and wedding date inside box.
	A $150 deposit is needed to start processing your order (check, money order, Mastercard or Visa). The balance will be due upon completion of your portrait (approximately 4 months). Your frame, size, design, and fabric selection can be chosen after you have received our brochure. Phone consultations are available to help with your selections. Please Note:

Deposit is non-refundable once the bouquet has been pressed.

Completion time is approximately four months.

Because of the nature of flowers, natural variations of color and form can be expected.

Several factors can affect the outcome and quality of pressing, including freshness, handling, and exposure to heat and sun.

Picture designs will vary somewhat due to the uniqueness of each bouquet.

Slight variations of frame finish and background color may occur due to manufacturers' supplies.

Balance of order price is due upon receipt of invoice for completed picture.
